5. General Ticket Policies:
Punctuality:
FRINGE SHOWS ALWAYS START ON TIME
Punctuality is vitally important for audiences and media trying to map out a strategy for seeing Fringe shows. If a show starts late it will end late and it can affect the rest of the day’s program. The festival also has to make sure every performance starts on time for the benefit of all companies in the festival. Patrons should be advised that they must arrive at all performances at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of a show. Theatre doors open fifteen (15) minutes prior to show time.
Latecomer Policy:
LATECOMERS MAY NOT BE ADMITTED
In order to see a performance, patrons must arrive on time. The doors for any particular performance will close at the scheduled time of the performance. Once the doors have closed, if the artist decides in advance to admit latecomers to their shows, no patrons will be permitted to enter the theatre. Refunds will not be administered to any patron who arrives late to a show.
Refunds:
THE FRINGE DOES NOT ADMINISTER REFUNDS
All tickets for the Fringe are final sale.
